Initial Meeting

This is an easy step. We chat about what you both want for this important day. We’ll talk about how y’all met, fell in love, where and how the proposal played out. We’ll gather every detail that you envision. Once the contract is signed, we’ll give you our partners that fit that vision and who we trust to
be such an important part of this team.

Planning

Once you have booked the partners that fit our team and your vision, the planning and orchestration of your day begins. We’ll bring the team together and, after lots of emails, phone calls, texts, pin notifications, the walk through at your selected venue will put that picture together. Every last detail that you have planned out and envisioned will be put together with all of the partners working towards one goal – to make this the most amazing wedding for you! On average, our team will devote no less than 100 hours for a Day Of package.

Relax & Enjoy

You deserve to enjoy the most important day of your newly married life together. You deserve to treasure every minute of this day and night with everyone in your wedding party and family. Cheers!

 

Event Management/Day-Of Includes:

  • Our vendor recommendations and negotiations

  • Unlimited contact with your designated planner via phone/email

  • Personal attendant to bride and groom 

  • 10 hours of coordination by a lead planner for the day

  • Initial meeting to discuss your vision of your day

  • Venue layout design (making sure everything is as you’ve planned)

  • Create and distribute vendor timeline at least 1 week prior to wedding day

  • Create and distribute itinerary for wedding party at least 1 week prior to wedding day

  • Point of contact and confirmation of all vendors 2-3 weeks prior to wedding day

  • Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony, if needed

  • Delivery of itinerary/timeline to all vendors, venues, and party participants

  • Coordinate walk through with vendors at venue at least 2-3 weeks prior to wedding day

  • Collection of all personal items and gifts given to a designated person

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors

  • Set up and tear down of personal décor and gifts (see below for additional tear down fees)

Option:  tear down fees start at $300 for tearing down items such as large amounts of personal décor, rentals, floral, and the delivery of rental items back to vendors.  The client is still responsible for any damage to the items.
