Small Events
This package includes any small event (private ceremony, rehearsal dinner, reception dinner, proposal, engagement celebration, adult birthday party, anniversary celebration) for 25 or fewer guests. If it goes over a bit, we can figure that out, but this is for those intimate gatherings where you just want a select few people and honestly want to do as little as possible so you can be present and enjoy.

Full Planning
Service
This Full Planning service investment package is ideal for the bride that has gotten the ring, but doesn't have the additional time to take on planning a wedding. We want you to be fully present during your engagement and show up for the fun stuff. Bella Victoria will hire all of the vendors, create a theme/design, and execute all of the details so you can enjoy your time with family and friends.
Add-on options:

Tear-down fees start at $300 for tearing down items such as large amounts of personal
décor, rentals, floral, and the delivery of rental items back to vendors. The client is still responsible for any damage to the items. -
Additional hours for set up $200 per hour for day of the event

5 hours of coordination by a lead planner for the event (includes 1 hour prior to event, 3 hours for event, and 1 hour for clean up after event)

This Event Management/Day-Of service investment package is ideal for the couple that wants to book all of the vendors but wants someone to take control of the final details, so you can relax and enjoy time with family and friends on your big day.
